Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inboxa website at inboxa.in (the "Site"). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Inboxa
Inboxa is a pre-launch product being built to help Indian D2C brands automate their Instagram-to-payment sales workflow using official platform APIs. The Site currently allows you to learn about Inboxa and join a waitlist.
2. Pre-launch status
Inboxa is not yet a live, paid service. No product or subscription is sold through the Site at this time. Any pricing, features, dashboards, or previews shown on the Site are illustrative — they describe what we are building and are not a live service, a guarantee of features, availability, pricing, or results.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest only. It creates no contract, guarantee of service, or payment obligation. We may contact you with updates and early-access information, and we may change, delay, or discontinue any planned feature as the product develops.
4. Platform compliance
When the live product is available and you use it, you agree to: obtain explicit, valid consent from your own customers before any automated message is sent to them; use messaging only in line with Meta's Instagram and WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including opt-in and approved- template rules; and comply with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for obtaining all necessary rights and consents from your customers and any third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to breach its security, scrape data, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Inboxa name, brand, logo, content, and design are the property of Inboxa. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch Site.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
